GINGREY AMENDMENT TO DOD APPROPRIATION BILL

House Republican Representative Phil Gingrey has submitted an amendment to the DOD Appropriation Bill that would severely limit the use of "official time" by Union Officials. This will have a direct effect on each DOD employee because it will make it much more difficult for your Union Officials to represent you with your Employer and others.
